+ After receiving your interest form, I will reach out to schedule a 15–20 minute screening interview to ensure the group is a good fit for your needs.

+ Following the screening interview, confirmed participants will receive:

A welcome email with group details, including session dates, times, and any preparatory materials.
A group agreement form outlining confidentiality, group expectations, and boundaries.
Participants are encouraged to review and sign this agreement before the first session.
