This group is for women who:

This therapy group is designed specifically for women who are constantly pushing themselves to do more, be more, and achieve more—yet still feels like it’s never enough. You find yourself juggling everything from the demands of your career, managing your family, maintaining friendships, and taking care of yourself — only to end up burned out, overwhelmed, and feeling like a failure because you “didn’t get it all done”. Beneath the drive for perfection is an exhaustion you can’t shake, a constant inner critic, and the weight of emotional wounds you’ve carried for years. It’s not hard because you’re doing it wrong and you don’t need to add another thing to your To Do to get the relief you’re needing.

Based on insights from The Perfectionist’s Guide to Losing Control and Real Self-Care, this group offers a unique space to help you break free from the unsustainable cycles of burnout and overwhelm without asking you to be any less of yourself or to add more to your already full plate.

What you’ll get:

  • Materials: Included in fees: a hardcopy of The Perfectionist’s Guide to Losing Control, group handbook with calendar & notes, access to an app platform that provides additional resources & community during the off weeks.

  • Psychoeducation: Learn how perfectionism shows up in your life, both as an asset and as protection. We’ll explore the adaptive and maladaptive traits of perfectionism and help you harness its strengths while breaking free from its constraints.

  • Release Chronic Shame: Explore the roots of your inner critic and reframe the limiting beliefs that make you feel like you’re “not enough.”

  • Connection: Build relationships with like-minded women who understand the demands of ambition & high achievement and share the journey to a healthier, more sustainable way of living.

  • Real-Life Strategies: Develop actionable tools to create balance, set boundaries, and align your efforts with what truly matters—without compromising your ambition or success.

This group is for women who:

This support group offers a compassionate & honest look at the realities of motherhood, combining psychoeducation, support, insight & concrete strategies & tools. Using Not Your Mother’s Postpartum Book as a loose framework to guide topics & discussions, we’ll explore the unspoken challenges that you face as a mother today and might be too afraid to admit out loud.

This group will be a space to talk about how you’re really feeling, the overwhelm & overstimulation, guilt for missing your old life, shame for feeling like you’re not “good enough", anger & emotional overwhelm that feels new or out of character. Motherhood is a massive transition, whether it’s the 1st or 3rd baby, that impacts all areas of your life where support & connection are the top mitigating factors in postpartum experiences. You don't have to do it all & you don't have to do it alone.

What you’ll get:

  • Materials: Included in fees: a hardcopy of Not Your Mother’s Postpartum Book, group handbook with calendar & notes, & access to an app platform that provides additional resources & contact with group members in between group meetings

  • Education: Learn about the psychological and emotional shifts of postpartum life, including how lack of sleep, overstimulation, and hormonal changes impact mood and thinking.

  • Validation: Discover you’re not alone in your struggles—and that there’s nothing “wrong” with you.

  • Connection: Meet other new moms who understand what you’re going through and are navigating similar feelings.

  • Real Life Strategies: Develop practical tools to manage your emotions, care for yourself, and create balance in this new chapter.

  • Discussion: Examine societal expectations of motherhood like the “perfect mom” myth and redefine success in a way that feels true to you.
